Need Last Minute Gifts? Use Your Computer

Don’t fight the traffic and crowds today, just curl up with some Hot Chocolate and your laptop.

Restaurant.com has another fabulous promo- $25 Gift Certificates for only $2!
Take 80% off Dinner of the Month Club when you use the code HOLIDAY. Valid 12/22/08 thru 12/25/08.

Purchase an Amazon Gift Card, which can be personalized and emailed for immediate delivery.

I LOVE shopping at Amazon (shh, don’t tell Walmart). They frequently have amazing items on clearance. For example, you can often find kitchen items for 70% off or more, like this Cuisinart Non-stick Everydan Pan for $22.24.

A magazine subscription makes a great last minute gift. My favorite? All You, of course.

How about a free photo? Right now, CVS is offering a FREE 5×7 AND 8×10 when you order online and use promo code ENLARGE upon check out. Pick them up in store within hours, pop in a pretty frame, and voila!

If you have time to make something, Christmas cookies and treats are always a welcome gift. Get free recipes from Betty Crocker with the banner below.

I totally agree with you, shopping online is the only way. I just finished my holiday shopping last night and I ran across a shopping site called iStorez that’s fantastic. You should definitely check it out. They have a section on last minute gift deals. Here’s a link to the gift page http://www.istorez.com/s/last_minute/

When I placed my order for my enlargement with CVS after checkout a $1.49 service fee was added.
It said it was applied to orders under $5, so this does not end up to be free.

Oop – just called CVS and they called the store to waive the fee – I guess it is a mistake and you should not have to pay it! Yippie.

Also, found out if you order both the 8×10 and 5×7 you get it totally free too.

These are great ideas. I’m finished with shopping, but am hoping to catch some good deals after the holidays to get some stuff the children need. And maybe a few things for myself. :)
