I signed up with Racetrak rewards some time ago, and they always send me stuff in the mail, I have received a ton of things, from coffee mugs to free coupons, and I just got a 2009 calendar with a coupon for a free item each month. Racetrak rocks!

I am new to this frugal and awesome way of life. I have signed up for a ton of things on the web…is this safe to give out my email to so many different sites? Do you get a ton of emails from everyone every day? Just wondering!
Thanks…great deals…I just don’t want to bog down my already busy email:)

Thanks!

Welcome, Svitak family! To answer your question, yes, your emails can increase when you register for freebies.

I recommend having a completely separate, free email account that you use only for freebie offers, etc. You can easily create a new account through Google or Yahoo just for this purpose.

I have been using this system for quite a while and it works great!
