My frugal tip… walk! Try to walk a little each day. Outside in the fresh air is great, the treadmill will work too. What a difference a free walk can make in your day!
I’d love some yogurt to snack on while I’m on my walk!

I have been trying to keep up with 20 mins on my gazelle at least three times a week and making better snack choices. My tip is: don’t expect it to all happen right away. I’ve tried to stick with a workout plan before and I attempt too many changes all at once. Start with one and build on it. Thanks for the giveaway!

Drink water. My husband vowed to do this and we don’t go through our sweet tea as fast as we used to. It’s healthy for the body and the wallet.

my family is just starting to maintain a healthier and more frugal lifestyle. we have started incorporating more fruits in veggies in our diets and drinking more water. i have also very recently started coupon shopping and have saved more money than i ever could have dreamed was possible.

My frugal tip is to reuse things before throwing them out if possible–example, I use empty cereal bags to pack sandwiches or snacks in.

I eat fruits and veggies that are in season and price match to get the best deals.
