They should be able to look at your transaction(s) and know if the machine was broken, out of paper, etc. To be honest, I've never contacted them myself, but have read numerous bloggers' reports of the company being very helpful in that regard. Worth a shot, right? (Their website is catalinamarketing.com and you can use the "Contact Us" link at top) Oh, and it's totally not true that using a manu. coupon will prevent an RR from printing - at least I've never experienced it, nor have I heard of anyone else either! The RR you pay with counts as a coupon and you have the other coupon. You cannot have more coupons than items - that is why Walgreens is a pain. I would add in a $0.19 highlighter.
