So I don't have any traditions and I hope they don't pick up my tradition when I was in school of not sleeping the night before the first day! But I think I will lay out my son's clothes the night before and pack his backpack so that we are all ready to head out the door in the morning. And maybe I'll make pancakes for a treat. It never fails that students will end up losing something or need to replace items as the year progressing, so save yourself some money by purchasing an extra set.
