I signed up for snapfish, but it’s not giving me a code or anything for a free mouse pad. I got an email saying that I have credit for 50 free prints, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to redeem the free mousepad offer. any ideas?? When I add it to the cart it’s still charging me $9.99.

rachael, i had the same thing happen in regard to NO mousepad. i just did a LIVE CHAT for help from the check-out cart, before completing the transaction. they gave me a mousepad credit. i then had to start over on my collage mouse pad creation. i don’t believe the link is working correctly to add the CREDIT. but, the added for me with no problem, other than it took me 15 – 20 minutes to wait for the customer service person to get on LIVE CHAT and then work it out. they were very nice.

Great tip. The mouse pad would be a great Christmas gift for my hubby if I get the kids photo’s on it. This is a great tip! Oh and yes I do have the first day of school on my camera….not for long though.
