This is the one. It made it onto our Christmas card. And it’s still not quite perfect. Our first of many as a family of 6!
This shot was taken by my sister with a point and shoot. The girls’ dresses were courtesy of Grandma (a yearly tradition). Everything else was from our closets with the exception of baby Colin’s $5 red onesie. I edited it with Picnik, for free. A frugal family photo, indeed!

Great picture! By the way, I wanted to say a HUGE thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been begging my husband to get me some photo editing software for our computer as I am really getting into taking pictures and blogging, etc. He just says it’s a waste of money and too expensive. I noticed you said you edited your photo with picnik.com for free, so I went to check it out, and I have been editing all my photos for a couple hours now! It’s awesome! Thank you so much for once again helping us save money on something I’ve always wanted. (We may actually go ahead and pay the $25 / year fee to upgrade to more complex options as this is still way cheaper than buying the software, so much easier to use, and we don’t have to take up room on our computer to download it. I also love that you can access it anywhere you have internet, so I am not limited to doing it just on my computer. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
