I just went yesterday and used the Thermacarre RR to buy the Nivea and my RR printed. I am not sure why they told you that. Also, you are correct, you can't use the bodywash coupon, but there is a shower gel coupon. Check on the display. There were several coupons in a little folded booklet in a slot on the display.
