A Modern Eden Review & Giveaway (Now Closed)

It will probably come as no surprise to my readers that my family loves technology. My girls were introduced to computers as soon as they could walk, and Colin is already quite attached to my iPhone.

When a designer starts a family, one of the first things they think of is what to do with the nursery.  Finding a lack of products that met our design aesthetic, A Modern Eden was born.

A Modern Eden is a new children’s design brand created for style-savvy parents that want something beautiful to put in their children’s rooms that they can be proud of.

We currently feature three unique, hand screen-printed posters printed on French Pop-Tone paper (they use only hydroelectric power that they create!), two totes made from 100% recycled cotton, animal flashcards printed with Digi-Print for a tactile experience, and an iPhone app titled  “Speak, Piggy!” designed to teach young children the names of animals and their sounds.

I cannot gush enough over the unique posters. These are not your ordinary wall posters. These are frame-worthy and will soon grace the bare walls of the playroom in our new home.

The cute apple tote is the perfect size for my 9 year old’s Bible and notebook, but would also be perfect for library books.

Colin of course, is all over the “Speak, Piggy!” iPhone app. The flashcards are great, too, but he just wants to chew on them right now. For some odd reason, the kids does not chew on my iPhone, but give him some paper and he goes to town. Go figure!
