$0.30/1 Carmex Lip Balm Coupon (SS insert 11/07/10)
Pay with $3.99 ECB’s from above

Total After Coupon & ECB’s= $0.19

ECBs earned=$1.00

Grand Total OOP= $4.18

Total Value= $10.47 with $1.00 ECBs remaining.
