October means the leaves are turning and the weather is getting cooler. Fall is my favorite time of year, so I want to spend as much time outside enjoying it, rather than slaving away in the kitchen. Enter these fantastic tips from our Eat Well, Spend Less series [2] on saving time in the kitchen, and I’m all set to have tasty meals without a lot of work. Fall, here I come!

  • Tammy discusses the importance of having a routine [4] to save herself time in the mornings. (Enter her “Not Your Mother’s Make-Ahead and Freeze Cookbook giveaway here [4].)
  • My husband will thank Carrie for sharing her Tips for Spending Less Time at the Kitchen Sink [10], as I am constantly making a mess in the kitchen (he’s our kitchen cleaner and dish washer!).  (Enter her “Not Your Mother’s Make-Ahead and Freeze Cookbook giveaway here.)
  • Aimee talks about the benefits of Batch Cooking [11]. (Enter her “Not Your Mother’s Make-Ahead and Freeze Cookbook giveaway here [11].)
  • Be sure to enter my giveaway [14] for Jessica’s book!
