"But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you." ~ Matthew 6:33

Instead of buying pricey kale chips in the grocery store, I make my own. I don’t like raw kale but I love kale chips. And kale is so good for you. I buy a bunch off kale at $1.79 as opposed to the Kale chips at about $7.00 for less than a pound. I wash it and drain off the water and dry them with a dish towel. Preheat oven to 300. Sprayed cookie sheet with cooking spray and place torn kale leaves on it. spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with coarse salt. bake until crisp. Time varies, mine have cooked from 10 to 20 minutes. You can also use olive oil instead of cooking spray. They are so yummy. I read about a Dr. who enjoys these with her kids.
